Causal Fridays (on a Monday)

A friend just told me Casual Fridays on a Monday is like breakfast for dinner.  Ha, I hope so!

One of my favorite things to wear right now is shorts and tights.  I especially love when you can put an outfit together for under fifty bucks!  What about you?

H&M striped shirt, Forever 21 navy shorts, black booties from Payless.  That's right ladies, PAYLESS.
